The department is sensitive towards the demand of skilled professionals required in manufacturing and services sector and therefore our efforts can be outlined as follows: Regular interface with the manufacturing and services sector by organizing guest lectures for the students.

Personality development program to enhance communication skills and other interpersonal skills.

Co-relation of teaching topics with their applications in real time environment.

Preparing the students to face group discussion and personal interviews.

Train them to work on defined road maps after securing a job with focus on organizational behavioral skills.

The department is headed by our Executive director Mr. Arun Kumar Bhargava. Mr. Bhargava holds a degree in Electrical and electronics engineering from BITS PILANI with over 28 years of professional experience in corporate world. He is actively involved with lots of social organizations and is a professional career counselor.
